We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Women's Rights Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and representation in civil and criminal law matters, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver wraparound services.
The role involves providing legal support to women who have been criminalised, undertaking outreach travel to rural courts and remote communities, and assisting with logistics and delivery of community legal education and outreach events.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both civil and criminal legal matters, offering a holistic approach to supporting vulnerable women in regional and remote areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and representation to women in civil and criminal law matters
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver wraparound services
- Undertake outreach travel to rural courts and remote communities
- Assist with logistics and delivery of community legal education and outreach events
