Our organisation requires an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our business unit. In this dynamic role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to various stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include coordinating internal engagement initiatives, communications, and events that celebrate and connect our people, assisting in the planning and delivery of wellbeing programs and recognition activities, managing compliance-related tasks including processing invoices and maintaining accurate records, building strong working relationships with leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business support services.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organisational skills, a confident understanding of administration, strong time management skills, and discipline. You will also have well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
