The role of a Business Support Officer is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organisation. This position requires a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive individual who can provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the organisation.
The Business Support Officer plays a critical part in maintaining a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment, supporting multiple teams, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include maintaining office operations, effective governance and stakeholder engagement, and seamless coordination of executive priorities and organisational activities.
The role contributes to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and responsiveness.

What You Need To Succeed- Demonstrated experience (1–3 years) in administrative support, reception, customer service, or office coordination roles.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage competing demands while upholding a high standard of work.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
