About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Macquarie. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the risk-focused User Access Management control uplifts for our Commodities and Global Markets Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and work closely with technology and business stakeholders to understand key systems from a risk perspective.
  • Design future state access controls and uplift user access management for allocated applications.
  • Facilitate and present workshops, analyze technical issues, formulate use cases, requirements, and test cases.
  • Support pre-release data quality checks and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Business Analysis role.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process elicitation, and documentation.
  • Exposure to engaging and partnering with a variety of stakeholders.
