About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Platform Services team at Insurance Australia Group Limited. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between our Product and Technology Delivery teams, managing prioritization and backlog to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and agile development teams to refine solutions that meet business needs effectively, while adhering to constraints such as time, budget, quality, and regulations.
- Utilize your technical expertise to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are met and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that business needs are understood and met.
- Provide strong leadership and represent the domain in workshops to drive business outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with proven experience working with Information technology projects.
- Proven experience working with Smartcoms or other similar document composition tools.
- Must have worked with the Agile framework.
- Knowledge of Waterfall methodology.
- Experience utilizing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
- Prior experience working on insurance, documents, claims, policy management, and billing systems would be highly advantageous.
- Track record of experience working on complex core enterprise-wide technology platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
