About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Services team at REA Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the solution design and delivery of products and services in a collaborative team environment using agile methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit detailed functional requirements from Product Managers, User Experience Designers, user groups, and stakeholders, and ensure they are understood and documented in user stories ready for delivery teams.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and user journeys using advanced techniques such as process maps, value stream maps, and storyboards.
  • Identify and communicate any requirement dependencies, issues, or risks identified through the analysis process.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Delivery Leads, and Developers in the production of solution designs and specifications and ultimately, working software.
  • Develop acceptance tests with Product Managers.
  • Use analytical skills to support resolution of production issues.
  • Run your team's agile ceremonies and input into delivery plans.
  • Lead the business analyst guild for the Financial Services Fulfilment Tribe, including helping define process, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to the REA BA Guild.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HubSpot/CRM product delivery.
  • Experience working in technical and/or data-focused teams would be beneficial.
  • Strong gap analysis skills, able to identify areas of improvement, identify issues, and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Ability to read technical business specifications and translate to functional requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops and communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Consultants, End Users, and other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience using Agile and Lean methodologies, including being an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master for your team.
  • Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements and conducting systems analysis for front- and back-end applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a Technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with integrating internal systems data with CRM tools (HubSpot is highly desirable).
  • Keen understanding of HubSpot APIs, custom objects, configurations, settings, and workflows.
  • Experience in creating flow and logic diagrams.
