Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to play a crucial role in analyzing and improving Business Services technology systems and solutions. As a Technical Analyst, you will work closely with both the IT department and business units to understand their needs, analyze technical requirements, and provide insights that will drive our technology strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Technical Analyst role or a similar capacity within an IT or technology-focused environment
  • Solid understanding of software development practices and project management frameworks and tools
  • Familiarity with the entire lifecycle of solution architecture development within agile frameworks
  • Familiarity with Architecture and Design documents common standards and notations such as UML
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a track record of customer engagement and the capability to produce clear documentation and presentations
  • Proven competence in collaborating effectively with business sponsors, analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and various other stakeholders
  • The skill to analyze and communicate complex technical concepts to audiences without a technical background
  • A solid grasp of emerging technology trends and best practices, with hands-on experience in AWS or similar technology platforms being advantageous
