About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our Sydney office on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business solutions in enterprise-scale projects
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Apply formal methodologies such as BABOK, Scrum, and BPMN to deliver projects
  • Drive business growth and exceed client expectations
Requirements
  • Well-rounded experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale projects
  • Strong experience in Agile environments
  • Experience working on a broad range of projects with major businesses in different domains
  • Functional business focus on technical projects
  • Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
  • A formal BA qualification, such as IIBA CCA, CBAP, or AAC
  • Commercial experience in applying formal methodologies
