We are seeking a highly skilled Senior External Engagement Manager to join our Division of Societal Impact, Equity and Engagement (DSIEE). This role will be based in the Faculty of Law & Justice and will play a strategic leadership position in developing and implementing external engagement activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic external engagement plans to meet the priorities identified by the Faculty and the University.
  • Improve the organisation's profile via external engagement activities, leveraging relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage team members to deliver high-quality outcomes and develop their skills and expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior management, executives, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute strategic external engagement plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in managing large programs and assessing strategic options and pathways.
