Commercial Quality Manager

The Commercial & Packaging Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Ferrero products from plant gate to consumer. This role will focus on protecting consumer safety and improving the consumer experience by promoting the Ferrero Quality Culture and acting as a reference point for quality topics.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to maximize quality and freshness
- Manage monthly reporting on quality performance, including freshness, transit time, and complaints
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure quality in commercial logistics
- Plan and implement audits, and collaborate on initiatives to optimize stock management and destruction activities
- Work with commercial copacking team to ensure copacking activities quality compliance
- Drive relevant discussions with internal departments to resolve issues of unsatisfactory quality performance in trade
- Contribute to packaging management activities, including supplier selection and vendor evaluation
- Manage the budget, operational call center, withdrawal/recall process, and other quality projects
- Lead the local quality team and develop team capabilities
- University degree in food science or similar
- Relevant professional background in food FMCG
- Knowledge of production techniques and quality standards for the food industry
- Experience in line quality control of high manual production
- Strong analytical and solutions-focused mindset
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience managing a team
- Advanced MS Office skills, SAP preferred
