The City is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to support the implementation of its Asset Management Strategy.
- Provide financial valuation and reporting of infrastructure assets.
- Manage data and maintain infrastructure assets.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for infrastructure assets.
- Support development of the annual 5 Year Capital Works Program.
- Document and support development of strategic asset management systems and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring prior experience in asset and works management processes, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
