Diverse Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team on a 15-month fixed-term opportunity. As an Early Careers Consultant, you will play a key role within our People & Culture team by delivering strategic and diverse early career talent pipelines that meet the required future capability needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Presentation and engagement with talent at university careers fairs, information sessions, networking events, and high school sessions
- Drive the development of early career pipelines through partnerships with industry bodies, tertiary institutions, high schools, and student societies
- Design, coordinate, and delivery of key program milestones
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and program initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
Requirements:
- Experience in program management and end-to-end service delivery
- Senior Stakeholder Management skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting and facilitating workshops to audiences of 100+
- Strong client focus (internal and external)
