Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

The role of the Talent Development Specialist is to design and implement initiatives that foster creativity and enable employees to excel in their roles.

This position involves managing HR activities, providing support to internal stakeholders, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and roll-out of initiatives to support business strategy and objectives
  • Participate in working groups to develop people-related programs and manage projects
  • Coordinate engagement surveys, report results, and implement action plans
  • Manage CultureAmp system, configure, troubleshoot, create employee profiles, facilitate training, and respond to enquiries
  • Develop and manage the annual learning and development calendar, coordinate training, review, and update policies and frameworks
  • Compile and submit reports for various stakeholders and monitor HR data

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 5+ years generalist HR experience
  • Program management expertise
