You will be the primary growth partner for a portfolio of small business customers, helping them unlock the full value of our platform from first login to becoming an evangelist. This role involves strategy, impact, and driving change at scale.

  • Maximise retention and expansion
  • Show customers what's possible when our platform becomes part of their everyday operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer outcomes by helping businesses set goals and track performance using our platform
  • Offer strategic recommendations that solve real-world problems and drive product adoption
  • Manage a high-volume customer portfolio using playbooks, automation, and scalable outreach
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide proactive support, and prevent churn through early intervention
