About the Role

This position provides one-to-one support to our Chief Operating Officer based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with leaders in a dynamic business environment.

  • Anticipate needs and maintain motivation with minimal direction.
  • Manage sensitive matters and assist in executing business strategy.
  • Coordinate meetings, data entry, minutes, actions, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, business plans, roadmaps, and strategy documents.
