Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at IIQAF. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and maximizing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales team schedules, manage documents, and communicate essential information to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure the availability of sales-related equipment and materials to support team activities.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Organize and maintain accurate financial and non-financial data, presenting reports to stakeholders.
  • Process orders with precision and timeliness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Notify clients of any delays or issues that may impact their experience.
  • Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a background in sales coordination or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and dedication.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, with certification in sales or marketing a plus.
