Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Processing: Accurately receive and process sales contracts, ensuring timely coordination with relevant departments.

  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and manage sales-related documentation.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align processes and ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, meeting preparation, and general administrative duties to enhance team productivity.
  • Sales Support: Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, and contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
