Organisational Design Lead

  • Design new organisational structures and job roles to meet business needs
  • Evaluate current team structures and define future state org design and people capabilities
  • Document all future state job roles to align with transformation outcomes
  • Facilitate evaluation process to grade, size and rem benchmark any new roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience as HR business partner
  • Experience designing new org structures and job roles
  • Working knowledge of Fair Work Act and workplace legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
