Student Wellbeing Specialist

About the Role
This position focuses on providing emotional and psychological support to students across both primary and secondary levels.
You will contribute to a caring school environment where every student is encouraged to thrive.
- Offer short-term counseling services, risk assessments, crisis intervention, and case management to support students' wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to assess and support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs.
- Assist students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals, and support those at risk of disengagement.
Deliver counseling in individual and group settings and liaise with external agencies for coordinated care and clear referral pathways.
Promote a whole-school approach to wellbeing and contribute to developing a positive and inclusive school culture.
Organize and participate in parent and staff information sessions and support school-wide wellbeing initiatives.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, contributing to wellbeing policy development and offering professional learning on wellbeing practices.
