Student Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Student Support Specialist, providing targeted support and intervention for students across both primary and secondary levels at our college campuses.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:

">
  • Support whole-school wellbeing and resilience through proactive strategies aligned with PB4L Tier 1 practices.
  • Deliver targeted interventions for emerging mental health and behavioural needs in line with PB4L Tier 2 supports.
  • Plan, deliver and assess an intervention program which extends students' engagement and achievement.
  • Provide targeted support to students requiring additional assistance in literacy and numeracy across Primary and Secondary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor of Education qualification.
  • VIT Registered Teacher status.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple campuses.
