Pastoral and Wellbeing Leaders

Our school is seeking experienced leaders to provide innovative curriculum programs and excellent pastoral care to students.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leading wellbeing programs that promote student engagement and social-emotional learning, collaborating with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive school culture, providing guidance and support to students, particularly those with diverse needs and abilities, and contributing to the growth and development of staff members through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wellbeing programs that foster student engagement and social-emotional learning
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with diverse needs
  • Coach and mentor staff members to enhance their professional practice

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Masters of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, PGCE)
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
  • Working rights for Australia, including Skilled Visa holders or eligibility to obtain one
