The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Mid-North Coast team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers, growing sales, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new customers through cold calling and prospecting
  • Focus on growing sales and revenue
  • Identify new product and market opportunities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers
  • Liaise with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals
  • Collaborate with team members and other business areas as required
About You
  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong business building and prospecting skills
  • Estimating experience would be highly valued
