The Role
As a Business Manager with APM Port Macquarie, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Disability Employment Services (DES) consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes for job seekers with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engage with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services
- Develop and maintain local business relationships to drive future success
- Monitor and analyze data to inform business decisions
