Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Project Manager to oversee our production staff and lead complex assignments with outstanding growth opportunities.
- This position involves managing design consultants, clients, and business development activities.
- Strong management and design skills are required, as well as the ability to develop concepts and communicate design concepts to staff members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, researching local and state regulations, and obtaining interpretations from code officials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities with senior project managers, group managers, and division managers.
- Develop concepts or schematic designs, including layout, grading, hydrology, and utilities.
- Manage design consultants and clients.
- Research non-routine code issues and obtain interpretations from code officials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land development design and engineering.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
