We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the success of our projects. Civil Site Project Managers play a vital role in achieving our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with Senior Project Managers, Group Leaders, and Division Heads
  • Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans
  • Manage Design Consultants and Client Relationships
  • Develop Conceptual Designs, including layout, grading, hydrology, and utilities
  • Research local and state regulations as they pertain to site planning
  • Research non-routine code issues and obtain interpretations from code officials
  • Incorporate design concepts from schematic design into design development and work with the project team to produce construction documents
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of North Carolina
  • Excellent communication, strong written, oral, and client relationship skills, experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
  • Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes
  • Experienced in Project Management, including design cost control, project budget control, and quality assurance/quality control
  • Able to successfully manage staff both individually and as teams
  • Experience working with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities
  • Design experience with site development and other best practices
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Accustomed to working in a team environment on challenging projects
