Project Leader for Multifamily Developments

This key role plays a pivotal part in overseeing the entire lifecycle of Ground Up Multifamily projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Oversight of on-site subcontractors, guaranteeing adherence to project specifications and quality control measures.
  • Development and maintenance of a 2-week lookahead schedule, with adjustments made as necessary to meet project requirements.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with General Contractors or Developers.
  • Successful completion of at least one Multifamily project as a Project Manager or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage project stakeholders and teams.

Key performance indicators include successful project completion, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to drive project success.
