Civil Site Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of complex civil site projects.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and design skills. You should be able to effectively communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Coordinate all activities with Sr. Project Managers and other project leaders
  • Develop business opportunities through networking, preparation of Statements of Qualifications, proposals, and contracts
  • Manage relationships with Design Consultants and Clients
  • Develop Concepts or schematic designs, including layout, grading, hydrology, and utilities.
  • Research local and state regulations as they pertain to site planning
  • Research non-routine code issues and obtain interpretations from code officials
  • Incorporate design concepts from schematic design into design development and work with the project team to produce construction documents

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Must be licensed Professional Engineer in the state where working
  • Excellent communication, strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
  • Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes
  • Experienced in Project Management, including cost control, budgeting, and quality assurance/quality control
  • Able to successfully manage staff both individually and as teams
  • Experience working with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities
  • Design experience with site development and best practices
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Accustomed to working in a collaborative environment on challenging projects
