Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development.">
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.">
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.">
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of NC.">
  • Excellent communication, written, oral, and client relation skills.">
  • Understanding and knowledge of applicable codes.">
  • Experience in project management, including design cost control, project budget control, and quality assurance/quality control.">
  • Able to successfully manage staff both individually and as teams.">
  • Experience working with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities.">
  • Design experience with site development and other best practices.">
  • Strong organization and leadership skills.">
  • Accustomed to working in a team environment on challenging projects.">
