Key Responsibilities- Expanding broker partner networks by onboarding new brokers and partners.
- Managing existing Broker and Aggregator relationships.
- Handling broker loan inquiries and originating loan applications.
- Reviewing applications for accuracy and credit quality.
- Attending industry events and promoting the company's offerings.
- Educating broker partners about available products.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Established relationships with Aggregators and the industry.
- Experience working with a lender in a similar Business Development role.
- Strong product and credit understanding, ideally in short-medium term Bridging Finance.
- The ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed presentation, prospecting, workshopping, and influencing skills.
- Confidence in approach and a desire to grow business opportunities.
