The role of Technical Support Engineer is to deliver a seamless support experience leveraging AI technology.

This position offers flexibility, enabling up to 100% remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer technical issues through troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • Develop technical and professional proficiency to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify potential product defects and contribute to product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads, including Sensitivity Labels, Retention policies & records management, eDiscovery workflows, and DLP configuration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with reading message traces, audit logs, and telemetry.
  • Experience supporting or using Microsoft 365 Defender, Security & Compliance Center.
Benefits and Advantages:
  • Hands-on experience with Graph API for compliance data access.
  • Knowledge of Information Barriers, Insider Risk policies, or Communication Compliance.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Online Protection (EOP) or Defender for Office 365.
