Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of software changes and releases,
• Prepare delivery and implementation plans for projects and initiatives,
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors according to the delivery plan,
• Support the delivery of major projects involving Commercial Airline Technology,
• Provide business analysis support and consulting advice throughout the project duration,
• Manage application configurations as part of delivery,
• Facilitate meetings with internal/external stakeholders to communicate updates and drive project outcomes,
• Transition projects and system changes to operational teams using the agreed handover process,
• Work with stakeholder groups to obtain engagement feedback to measure project/program effectiveness,
• Elicit business and system requirements and liaise with vendors and technical delivery teams,
• Act as the conduit between business and technical teams to ensure the right solution is delivered,
• Review and validate high-level processes, systems, and reporting to ensure full coverage of requirements,
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future state processes,
• Participate in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions,
• Define testing scope and work with users and testing teams to complete testing (e.g., UAT),
• Ensure configuration and changes of applications implemented match their intended design and comply with IT architectural standards.

Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in business or information technology,
• Microsoft Office application proficient,
• PMP or Prince2 certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus,
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in the Technology field),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Delivery or Implementation role (preferably in the Technology field),
• Experience working on and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale IT project initiatives,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences,
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders across different levels in the organization,
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage to change priorities,
• Results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
