Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Commercial Airline Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate software changes and releases, preparing delivery and implementation plans for projects and initiatives.
  • Support delivery of major projects involving Commercial Airline Technology, providing business analysis support and consulting advice throughout the duration of the project.
  • Deliver BA outcomes under agreed governance standards, delivery methodologies, work practices, systems, and tools.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal/external stakeholders to communicate updates and drive project outcomes.
  • Transition projects and system changes to operational teams using the agreed handover process, including quality documentation.
  • Work with stakeholder groups to obtain engagement feedback to measure project/program effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or Information Technology.
  • Microsoft Office application proficient.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification and/or Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in the Technology field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Delivery or Implementation role (preferably in the Technology field).
  • Experience working on and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale IT project initiatives.
  • Experience working in the aviation and travel industry (preferred).
  • Experience with working within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
