Insurance Portfolio Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of insurance clients and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of rural, agricultural, small to medium-sized enterprise, and commercial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and develop a comprehensive business plan
  • Ensure compliance obligations are met and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
About You:
  • You will be a high-achieving professional who can demonstrate portfolio growth and success
  • You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously
  • You must be sales-driven and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, with a high attention to detail
  • Strong general insurance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required
  • A Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory
