Portfolio Manager

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to take their career to the next level as an Insurance Portfolio Manager.
As part of our highly successful business division, you will be responsible for managing established portfolios and generating new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diverse portfolios of Rural, Agri, SME, and Commercial clients
- Identifying and driving new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Providing exceptional client service and building close working relationships
- Negotiating with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and managing compliance obligations
To be successful in this role, you must be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth. You should also possess excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and sound general insurance technical ability.
Additionally, you should be sales orientated, able to work autonomously, and enjoy a varied workload with frequent client interactions.
