Key Responsibilities:
- Performing governance and assurance work in support of the certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant processes, product, and contract compliance to be applied in a proactive audit and assurance program.
- Identifying and defining issues, reporting on non-conformances, and formalising findings through excellent report writing.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- Assessing technical packages, reports, processes, product, and equipment performance to meet specified requirements and identifying and reporting non-conformances.
- Leading a small team and being accountable for setting work priorities and managing workflows.
- Coordinating and performing quality assurance, governance, auditing, and corporate reporting activities.
- Providing guidance on the management of quality assurance processes and business planning.
- Analysing and suggesting improvements to quality assurance policies and procedures.
