Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As a key member of our Melbourne campus team, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining a world-class workplace experience for our Canvanauts.
As the first point of contact for our Melbourne-based team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our campus. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating events, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Melbourne Vibe Experience Lead and Workplace Experience Specialist to create a home away from home for our Canvanauts, ensuring they feel safe, welcome, and empowered to deliver their best work.
- Provide top-notch campus operations support, liaising with vendors across food, beverage, and facilities to ensure our space runs smoothly.
- Oversee stock and inventory across merchandise, food and beverage, stationery, and other campus consumables.
- Coordinate food and beverage activations to surprise and delight our Canvanauts, working closely with our Hospitality team.
- Provide Event, Clubs, Celebrations, and Force For Good support, from ideation to delivery, including set up and pack down.
- Coordinate our on-the-ground Wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaise with trades and vendors on campus fixes and improvements.
- Resolve internal support tickets/requests from our Canvanauts.
- Build relationships with our people to understand their teams better and use that knowledge to enhance the Canvanaut experience.
- Contribute to both local and global projects across Vibe and People.
- Help set up systems and processes to scale and have even greater impact.
- A blended skillset across facilities and hospitality to help elevate the Vibe at Canva and support the operations across all aspects as we scale.
- A deep understanding of what hospitality means, showcasing this through being warm, welcoming, and approachable.
- Creativity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes as we move forward.
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, supporting other Vibe team members when necessary, while also having the ability to work autonomously.
