About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the overall facility operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Managing health and safety aspects according to regulation.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
- Coordinating and executing projects to uplift or change the office floor.
- Managing events for multiple offices, including booking, planning, and execution.
- Working closely with HR to create a great workplace experience for colleagues.
- Providing administrative support, including raising POs, arranging meetings, and processing invoices.
- Assisting employees with their travel arrangements in accordance with the Travel policy.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in workplace or facilities management roles.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and requirements.
- Experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
