About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall facility operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Managing health and safety aspects according to regulation.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
  • Coordinating and executing projects to uplift or change the office floor.
  • Managing events for multiple offices, including booking, planning, and execution.
  • Working closely with HR to create a great workplace experience for colleagues.
  • Providing administrative support, including raising POs, arranging meetings, and processing invoices.
  • Assisting employees with their travel arrangements in accordance with the Travel policy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in workplace or facilities management roles.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and requirements.
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
