About the Role
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about creating outstanding customer experiences and fostering a positive team culture within our office. This role involves engaging in various activities, including basic technical support, event coordination, vendor relations, and assisting remote teams with daily operations. Collaborating with other teams within the People Experience function, you will help deliver remarkable experiences to our employees while building relationships across different business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a workplace environment that inspires, engages, and prioritizes the safety and well-being of our staff.
- Assist employees and visitors with inquiries related to the office, including meeting room arrangements and event setups.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
- Manage inventory levels of office supplies, stationery, and IT equipment.
- Provide fundamental technical assistance, ensuring that devices and meeting rooms are operational.
- Collaborate with remote teams to troubleshoot and resolve local issues.

- Experience in business support, reception, or face-to-face customer service roles is preferred.
- Skills in community engagement and a passion for promoting social interaction within the Melbourne team.
- Prior experience in providing onsite administrative support in a corporate setting.
