Key Responsibilities- Workplace Experience
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of the office, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, vendor management, courier management, maintenance services, issuing parking and guest passes, visitor support, and catering.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and implement health and safety protocols.
- Manage internal communications relating to the workplace experience.
- Employee Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to office services and amenities.
- Manage the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture, including laptop and workstation setup.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, such as wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute company-wide events, such as our values awards and parties.
- Organize regular social gatherings and initiatives that promote team spirit and attendance in the office.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and training sessions, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Tech Support
- Ensure all meeting room technology is regularly tested and working.
- Purchase and manage stock of IT consumables. Act as a first point of contact for these tech accessory needs (headsets, keyboards, etc.).
- 1-2 years of experience working as an office administrator or in a related role.
- A passion for creating positive workplace experiences and a commitment to providing high levels of service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of tech hardware and systems.
- Highly organized and action-oriented.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Willing to work in the office 4-5 days a week.
