About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional office experiences as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader. This role is at the forefront of supporting employee-facing services, increasing individual well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Services: Greet employees and visitors, conduct guest registration, issue visitor passes, and validate parking.
  • Workspace Management: Maintain awareness of the workspace, submit janitorial and maintenance work orders, and communicate with partners to address issues.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly, providing accurate and thorough information.
  • Security and Emergency Procedures: Follow defined procedures, respond to emergency situations, and summon assistance as needed.
  • Experience Services Support: Provide support for the Experience Services team, including expense management, meeting coordination, equipment care, and supply management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience.
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of urgency in resolving issues.
