About the Role

We're seeking an entry-level Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months. This opportunity will provide successful candidates with a chance to gain valuable experience and potentially transition into ongoing roles within our organization upon contract completion.

To be considered, you don't need extensive Insurance or Work Cover experience. We're looking for individuals who possess a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, are fast learners, and have previous experience in debt collection or general administrative roles seeking their next challenge. Our highly experienced team of Premium and Credit Experts will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to incoming customer queries by phone and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  2. Support the Premium and Credit teams with general administrative duties, including generating letters and formal correspondence, and accurately recording information and documentation related to Employer's Insurance Premiums.
  3. Utilize Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for record-keeping, file notes, and contact notes.
About You
  • A strong background in a role focused on Premium and/or debt collection will be ideal for your success in this position.
  • A dedication to customer service, particularly phone-based service.
  • High attention to detail and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • PC literacy, administration, and Microsoft Office experience.
