The Company Kennedy Reid is a well-established global organization in the financial services industry, with offices in 20 countries. We are seeking an accurate and efficient Data Entry Officer to join our busy team in Melbourne.

About the RoleAs a Data Entry Officer, you will report to the team leader and be responsible for accurately inputting data into the system, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are met, coordinating the dispatch of mailing and digital communication, and performing ad-hoc administration duties. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and have the option to work from home two days a week once trained. The salary for this position is $32.73 per hour plus superannuation.

Your Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working in data entry, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience working towards deadlines in an administration or project coordination role is also desirable. You must have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong typing skills. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize work effectively, manage your time efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail. A team player with a friendly and personable nature is essential for this role.
