**Job Title:** Rooms Controller

 

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our front office team as a Rooms Controller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations in our hotel.

 

**Key Responsibilities**
  • A minimum of previous experience in a rooms controller or front office role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment is required.
  • You must possess natural people skills with strong interpersonal skills, confident communication, and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent English speaker, additional languages advantageous.
  • You should have the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A skilled collaborator who can work seamlessly across departments is essential.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous.
  • A quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities is ideal.
