Are you organised, friendly, and love working by the water? The Big Boat Shed is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Administration & Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our valued customers and help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role:As the face of The Big Boat Shed, you'll handle a mix of front desk and administrative duties, including:
- Greeting customers and answering phone/email enquiries
- Booking services and managing schedules
- Processing payments and maintaining records
- General office administration and support for the management team
- Assisting with basic marketing or social media (optional, if you're keen)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Prior admin or front desk experience preferred, but not essential
- A supportive and relaxed working environment
- Flexible working hours
