Job Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to undertake vocational assessments, liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team supporting recovery and return to work.

  • Undertake vocational assessments for clients to identify suitable employment opportunities
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop and implement tailored intervention strategies
  • Deliver targeted interventions to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
Key Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Consultant will:

  • Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure clients' needs are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
