Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Generation Health Group. As a key member of the team, you will work with injured workers to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that support their return to employment.

About the Role
  • Provide case management for injured workers who require physical and/or psychological support to return to employment
  • Establish relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the rehabilitation process
  • Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans
  • Support large government employers and employees through our relationship with Allianz TMF (Department of Education, Department of Communities and Justice, Transport NSW)
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
