About the Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that involves advocating for our employers and working closely with payroll staff to offer a seamless, tailored, one-stop-shop service.

You'll play a crucial role in retaining our high-value employers by delivering exceptional service and professional engagement.

Your day-to-day will involve managing a portfolio of employers, optimising data and processing issues, and providing top-notch support to our Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and professional engagement to retain high-value employers.
  • Manage a portfolio of employers and work closely with payroll staff to offer a seamless, tailored, one-stop-shop service.
  • Optimise data and process issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide top-notch support to our Relationship Managers and handle complex member inquiries.
