About the role


Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a skilled Senior Disclosure Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining top-notch product disclosure solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure regulatory compliance while boosting customer engagement and smoothly creating documentation using the Objective Keystone document composition tool.


As a Senior Disclosure Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:



  • Turning business stakeholders' requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advising on Keystone solutions that meet business needs.
  • Capturing and analyzing requirements for document creation.
  • Using your knowledge of Objective Keystone to build document solutions.
  • Performing business testing to ensure quality.
  • Analyzing and documenting disclosure production-related processes within the team and across the business.

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential for your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with document composition tools and the Customer Communication Management (CCM) business domain will be highly valued.


About you


We are looking for an individual who can bring their expertise and passion for compliance to this role. If you have experience in a project or BAU environment, handling requirements elicitation and solution analysis, and have a solid understanding of basic programming techniques to drive conditional content, we encourage you to apply.
