We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to spearhead our Human Resourcing efforts.

  • Assist the management team with HR duties, including recruiting new staff, advertising for vacancies, induction etc.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or qualification in Human Resourcing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
  • Australian working rights.
