We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Resources Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and issues, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Identify and advise on people-related matters, exercising sound judgment and empathy.
- Implement change management programs and review initiatives to drive business success.
- Deliver informative sessions on policies, procedures, and programs.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Double vaccination is mandatory.
- A 3-month contract opportunity with a dynamic government agency.

- An hourly rate of $35-$45 + super for your expertise.
